Our Fusing instructor Holland Gonzalez is a creative guru. Multitalented in mixed media art, caligraphy, and glasswork, she has combined those skills to create a fun and educational experience for our patrons.

“Using glass to create beautiful works of art is really therapeutic,” Holland says, “and watching people of all ages unleash their own creativity after sometimes doubting their talent has been so rewarding.” As a mother herself, she especially has a passion for introducing the creative minds of youths to the many possibilities of glass.

 

Holland Gonzalez traded in the mountains for the beaches when she moved to the Emerald Coast in 2007. "The stunning scenery inspires all kinds of creativity" When she’s not at the studio, you can find her chasing her son at the beach or running her dog Shiloh on 30A. Her favorite thing about joining the studio? As Brit would say, “The sky is the limit!”
